Objectively looking at this work, it is an aggregate of a shelf that is itself hanged on a wall piece, a light with
its shade and switch, a vanity mirror with an articulated arm, a bowl that looks like a baptismal font, a smaller
bowl that serves as an ashtray, a rail that seems to hold towels, or a loop that might hold keys.
Couldn't these elements be used differently though?
Subjectively looking at it, it’s a proposition to leave behind what we expect of daily life. To explore another
direction of what day-to-day routines could be made of.
This shelf is a playful nonsense. A shelf that plays with the commercial views of functionality and modularity.
These archetypal items from bathrooms are used as symbols of our modern comfort.
These accessories become the medium to question and push these concepts into another world.
This light is an invitation to taste what is best between meaningless and meaningful.
This mirror is an attempt to dream up a practice of everyday life.
